The shells are made mostly of calcium carbonate in its crystallizzed calcite and aragonite form.
The Aragonite has a lamellar structure, parallel to the inner surface, it constitutes the mother of pearl with its typical iridescence.
A careful grinding and selection of them, enables us to obtain an excellent quality shell grain that can be used in decoration, craft works, resin objects and resin flooring , coatings and resin floors.
